How fresh is my coffee?

We don't keep coffee on a shelf. Your beans are roasted after you order, then packed and shipped within a few days.

Is it specialty coffee?

Yes. Every Memora coffee is specialty grade, the top tier of coffee, roasted in small batches in the USA.

What's in it?

Our plain coffees are 100% coffee. Our flavored coffees are coffee and natural flavorings, nothing else.

How is the decaf made?

Peru Decaf is decaffeinated by the Swiss Water Process, which uses water instead of chemicals.
