Where we ship

Coffee and tea ship within the United States only. Apparel and mugs ship within the US and to many countries worldwide.

Rates

Coffee and tea: $5.95 flat rate on orders under $65. Free shipping on orders of $65 or more.

Apparel and mugs: rates are shown at checkout and charged separately, because they ship from our print partner.

Timing

Coffee is roasted to order and usually ships in 2 to 4 business days, then arrives in 2 to 5 business days. Apparel and mugs are made to order and usually ship in 2 to 7 business days. If your order has both, it may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking email as soon as each package ships.

Problems with delivery

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email memoracoffeeco@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll make it right. Please double-check your address at checkout; we can't cover packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
