This website is operated by Memora Coffee Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online store. You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to place an order. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and pricing. We try to show our products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing error; if we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

3. Orders, payment and shipping. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number. Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

4. Giving back. A portion of every sale supports Villa Marie Claire Hospice in Saddle River, NJ. The donation comes from our proceeds and is not tax-deductible for customers.

5. Content. All text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Memora Coffee Co. and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

6. Third-party services. Our store runs on Shopify, and some orders are fulfilled by trusted partners. We aren't responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. Our site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

9. Changes. We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here.
